Hey Tim & Emily! We can’t wait to celebrate our special day with you! I’ve attached the wedding programme invite with all the event details!
To assist with your travel arrangements, we’ve included some helpful arrival information below.
Fly into either Delhi (DEL) or Mumbai (BOM). While both connect to Udaipur (UDR), we recommend Mumbai due to occasional mild fog in Delhi that can delay flights. Udaipur’s Maharana Pratap Airport is conveniently close to our venue, and we’ll provide complimentary transport to get you there seamlessly.
We will allocate rooms to all guests at Fateh Vilas for two nights on 16 – 17 January. Please RSVP by 15August using the link in the invite on the last page.
To help you plan your accommodation arrangements, please let us know if you’d like assistance finding accommodation before or after the wedding dates.

If you have a large group arriving from Ahmedabad or a nearby city, we can provide comfortable coach transportation directly to Udaipur.
Udaipur in January boasts pleasantly cool weather with gentle breezes. Expect temperatures to range from a refreshing 47°F (8°C) to a comfortable 78°F (26°C). While the ceremony will be held outdoors, there will be plenty of shaded areas for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful celebrations.

We recommend for those arriving early or staying behind to explore what the city has to offer. Udaipur is nestled in the lap of the Aravalli range and is one of the prominent tourist destinations in Rajasthan. Udaipur is famous for its lakes, beautiful palaces, mountains, rooms and tiger gardens. There are also many royal palaces here that have been converted into luxurious hotels today.
Here are our top five things to do in Udaipur.
